How do I improve from now on?

I did rhinoseptoplasty 4months ago and consider it a success: my side profile improved a lot. There is still quite a bit of swelling, but it is expected.

* What do I do with my eyebrows? Pluck them? Temporal brow lift? Or just leave them grow?
* What is optimal beard length?
* Any other ways to improve?
