How do I improve my eye area+eyebrows?

Tried to include different lighting conditions, not squinting or frauding in any of the pics obviously.

I have hooded eyes, which is good, but I don't like my under-eye support, would eyelid retraction give my eyes a more "hunterish" appearance?

About my eyebrows, is there any way to get positively tilted ones like Tyson Ballou? What should I do?

My tilt is neutral but it looks negative cuz I have scleral show

Looks good. Little scleral show is there. Just get canthoplasty and straighten lower eyelids

You need to make them have more lateral length. I'd use Minoxidil & let them grow a bit closer together. It looks like you might have a narrow forehead which would destroy any hope though.

With drill canthopexy you should eliminate the visible sclera, have a more positive ct and I think that even the eyebrows would raise a little. But the eyebrows seem too short to have a decent result
