try only do it once a week tho, use your knuckels aswell and jab the ridge kind of fast like a tapping motion

you need to feel a little pain, do that for about 10 minutes

118degree gonial angle measured by ortho , jaw isn't even misaligned and not even close to being recessed sources: orthodontist keep coping :)
