It's filler, the results are instant, you'll just have some swelling after injecting yourself that should go away in a few days or a week at most.

Wow they’re many arteries it’s almost impossible to missView attachment 4165864

It's not almost impossible to miss, especially when you're using a syringe with a really small injection point, if you're *really* scared you can just use a cannula which makes everything easier and lower risk.

This is a decent guide for where you can fill.

There's also a method called aspirating where you can easily identify if you are inside of an artery with your syringe or not by seeing if blood leaks into the barrel or not ( Arteries have higher blood pressure than like everywhere else in your face, so if you're inside of one you'll see blood being forced into your syringe )

Obviously theres many more safety precautions you should take and I will be taking, that'll be listed in the guide.

DIY Filler is not an uncommon procedure in this community.
