how do i improve social skills

im slightly above average and finally i had my growth spurt, im average height but im not finished growing. My problem is that i have no social skills i get nervous around girls, my brain is so fried that when a girl walks towards my direction to get past me i dont know where to look, i think about how am i walking, how do i look like and all stuff like that. And i never had a real conversation with a girl. Is there something i can do or anything i can take to fix this?

i stay very little time on this forum. im on other forums since 2023 and have more posts than 500, its still considered grey but a little better

Reconnect with nature and go for walks, maybe watch some known high school tv show and try to copy how other guys move and act (optional but it worked for me)
