Not true OP.
You can already live life but your life will be greatly bettered if you get genioplasty, then lip reduction.
After you can get rhino and some for your eyes.
You look a bit like on of my friend (with genioplasty) and he’s good looking enough to get an average gf which is more than enough

Edit:actually get lip reduction first to better assess chin
Also you won’t get any of that cuz you’re a cuck
