How do I increase bone structure in my nose?

My nose is kinda flat and like c shaped from the side and it’s cooking my side profile. The shape is kinda like the drawing in the image but the bone close to my eyebrows is flat. Which surgeries you recommend I should research to fix this and also would increasing my testosterone naturally (or unnaturally but I’m limited to only natural methods rn) and bone smashing fix this? Apart from that lmk which surgeries or other hardmaxxes I should consider
