How do I increase height at 14 and 3 months

I weigh 165 lbs
I’m 5 8
I eat 150 grams of protein per day
I eat approximately 3000 calories per day
I’m drinking around 1000 mg of calcium per day
My moms 5 3
My dads 5 11
I’ve been lifting weights consistently for over a year
I do lots of cardio
I get sunlight
I get around 7 hours of sleep on weekdays and 10 hours on weekends
Disclaimer: I’ve been 5 8 since September and I haven’t grown at all while all my friends have grown 2+ inches. My brother is 5 10 but my hands and feet are bigger than his. I’ve had facial hair for a few months now. Any advice is appreciated.
 
Unironically massai jumping worked for me. Don't listen to people here who haven't tried it for themselves. It puts a lot of quick pressure on your bones and causes fast expansion. It made me an inch taller after puberty.

Yes that too but mainly I used ankle weights to jump outside in public. It was a little embarrassing at first but I eventually got used to it for the sake of heightmaxxing even though people would be looking at me like I was crazy when I started to jump in the middle of the road with ankle weights. Eventually I had to start jumping inside because the police came and told me that I can't jump in the middle of the street and block traffic. My total heightmaxxing gains from massai jumps were 1 inches.

your 14 bud your balls are all up in your stomach at this age :lul: wait will your 15/16 and then consider pinning and 150g of protein at this height and weight is useless .

just be as healthy as humanly possible and wait
