Then there might be a small chance, if you're not willing to take anything then all i can recommend is sleep early and alot and don't eat 2 hours before bed, then throughout the rest of your day make sure to eat as much as you possibly can, give up fapping, and don't overtrain on sports just go to the gym and lift heavy while being on a fasted state, all this might be pointless tho extremely unlikely to grow especially without steroids
