how do i increase my wrist size during puberty

i'm 15, tanner 3.9 and my wrists are 6 inches which is absolutely brutal. i'm gonna pin t and hgh while also covering the basic shit like a high protein diet and sleeping good. what else can i consider pinning (inb4 someone says heroin) to improve bone mass&androgens which will ultimately increase the wrist size?

you can take a DHT derivative I guess like mast, heard a lot of good from ppl here
pro tip, eat pineapple, it helps a lot with bone density

idk Aajonus recommends it for when people get fractures, I think it's enzymes, I didn't do my own researches

aajonus kinda retarded he also thinks that modern science claims swine flu is caused by eating raw pork but i eat pineapples anyway its a good diuretic
 
Put muscle on your forearms. Deadlifts w/o straps, weighted pull-ups etc. can put some size on your wrists and forearms. Additionally, you can add forearm isolation exercises, but they're not usually necessary. Forearms grow pretty easily. Your wrists will get thicker with increased forearm size. Just look at arm wrestlers.

bone density is really something ypu can improve with with pinapple
