lift weights to get the pump combined with being extremely lean. To get an arm pump at any time of the day just get a pull-up bar and keep hanging for a minute.

These are short term methods:

You have to kind of experiment with these but there are 2 ways to approach this to see what works for you. Do a week of carb depletion and eat a shit load of carbs the day before you want to look more vascular and pumped. Theoretically your body will think you need to store more carbs so you will retain more. The idea is that the increase glycogen will fill your muscles up and push the muscle against the skin thus more vacsulatrity but you have to be pretty lean. Some people say this makes them bloated and have a "spilled over" watery look so in that case just simply doing zero carb and depleting water/glycogen will make your veins pop out more. Bodybuilders do this manip before events to look at their peak.

Cialis will also make you really vascular since its a vasodilator but not something to take everyday. A little bit of salt will get your veins popping out too.

Long term methods would obv be just gaining lean muscle but keep fat really low.

Vascularity is 70% genetic. A combination of low bf/thin skin.
