Im always tired as fuck after my shift, can’t really do anything other than laying on my bed rotting and going to sleep.
I thought about waking up earlier and dedicating 2h to deep work, but then i’d have to go to sleep at 20:00 to get enough rest, and i’d have to go to the gym at peak hour (5 pm) so I wouldn’t get much done and I would be able to concentrate much on my training.
How do I increase my energy levels?
It’s not even the fact that i’m lazy and can’t do the work, im genuinely always tired as fuck.
