I used to get sleep paralysis almost every night but now I haven't had one for
over a year.

I liked the feeling, how do I get it back?

There is some lucid dreaming technique that can cause it I think.

i heard it has something to do with slowing down your heart rate.

I think it’s the one where you set alarm in the middle of the night and go back to bed but I’m not sure. I’ve never had sleep paralysis I hear it is v v scary !!!!

yes it can be scary if it's your first time but if you have it regularly you just roll with
it since you know it goes away fast.

I've used to see different shadowy creatures during it too lol

I am scared that I would see NORWOOD REAPER !!!

I need to figure out how to lucid dream so I can slay whilst flying

I once had it in the the morning when the sun was up and some tall dark figure walked pass my bed. From then on anytime I have it I keep my eyes closed.:feelsmega:

Is it actually really like that? Like you see creatures and gremlins and shit?

Sleep paralysis is horrible! I get it sometimes. Had sleep studies done too, lol.

I can kind of 'induce' it (accidentally) by sleeping on my back, and having the TV on in the background
That combination usually means i'll 'wake up' (and be able to hear the TV for example) at some point, but be completely paralysed, and sometimes kind of see myself through someone elses eyes who is looking to do me harm as I internally panic and attempt to 'throw' my body,to wake myself up lol

Now, lucid dreaming!! That's actually something worth trying to induce! Super fun
