Try lower but damn as a natural it requires some dedication. I tried and know this is very hard (cold all the time, trouble sleeping, moody). Just try cutting, remove carbs from your diet and do a one day refeed per week, usually on saturday or sunday. Telling you from my experience, and yes I had low libido.
