How do i know if i am a late bloomer?

Facial hair depends on the person. Ask your dad when he could grow a full beard.

My dad was like me, he grew at around 4 inches at my age. He had small wrists, and now had over 9 inch wrists and 20 inch forearms.until a few years ago, now he has around 8.5 inch wrists and 17 inch forearms.

Didn't start growing real facial hair until around 17 and even at 20 most men I know can't grow facial hair. I was a somewhat early bloomer. Facial hair is terrible anyways shaving sucks

yh, it seems normal. I am surrounded by south asians, one of them had a full bear at 14. They weren't high t at all. Having hair is mostly genes.
