Is there anyway to tell if you have okay or decent bones before getting leaner.

I know if you have good bones they would stick out even at a higher body fat percentage but is there times where they would be revealed as being pretty prominent after weight loss?

You can't really, you can try feelings your bones

What abt jaw bones and your gonial angle ect?
You can kinda tell if your gonion is inward, straight, outward and your gonial angle by feeling your gonion and ramus length

Johnny Depp Had hollow cheeks at 18% bf. If u have good bones u only would look slightly chubbyish, basically normal between 16%-22% bf

look at pics of u younger when u were lean. ik i used to have mogger bones when i was lean.

He wasn’t 18% body fat, that pneumo thread saying that was a joke

So after having a lower bf percentage, unless if you’re extremely obese the change will be minimal alr

Even a small change (like 15 to 12 percent) can have a noticeable impact on aesthetics

TO BE FAIR I just wanted to know out of genuine curiosity as getting leaner obviously takes time.

I was always skinny and people say i have good bones(recessed chin tho)
This is mainly to my well pronounced zygos and maxilla projection. You might be able to see both
U want ur jaw slightly narrower than cheekbones
If u have that maybe its not over

It’s pretty obvious.

Is your jaw wide? Good, then leanmax.

Do you have a big ogee curve that simply lacks definition because it’s covered in fat? Good, then leanmax.

No one ‘unlocks’ good bone structure from getting lean. It’s always there.

a few people in my school who are actually overweight have visible zygos and 3/4 ogee curve, I can tell they will look really good if they get lean (or even just an average bf% like 15-16% or so)

you can usually somewhat tell if you have good zygos if you are overweight, but not always

you can sometimes tell with jaw too width, however if you are very overweight, this can be quite difficult to figure out

you can almost always tell how good your chin and forward growth is when you are overweight
