How do i know if my midpalatal suture is fused?

Nah it’s not fused, I’m pretty sure it fuses somewhere around your mid20s. And yes try to get a palate expander if you can

Nope, i gotta get my teeth fixed first cause i got me 6 decaying molars and gun disease maybe and my parents won't take me to the dentist, even if they would there's no good dentist around here
