Hey, i've been feeling confused. It feels like i'm talking to many girls, but I am only their friend. I'm in highschool, never had a girlfriend, but i have been talking to this one girl lately and I feel mixed hints from her. How do I know if she likes me or nah. Thanks

there are multiple types of flirting its extremely complex and basically impossible to understand

the most standard types are:

1) friendly flirting - she will make eye contact, engage with you constantly and you will often notice that she will be the one starting the conversations, she'll be smiling, and she'll suggest indirectly that she wants to spend more time with u

2) mean flirting - she'll do the playful mean bullshit. remember if a girl is being consistently mean to you but not overly mean thats a good sign she likes u because most girls will just completely IGNORE u if they dont like u and instead just make fun of u behind ur bacdk

3) false flags
- if she's overly friendly but overly friendly with everyone, she's likely not flirting and that's just her personality.
- if she's acting shy and smiling a lot - this may not mean she likes u, it could just mean ur making her uncomfortable
- if she treats u like a best friend (yea its over good luck getting out of the friendzone)

beyond this point just trust ur intuition tbh, not ur dick

She could be talking to you because it boosts her confidence that you like her and she wants you as a friend to boost her confidence. Or she could be actually attracted to you and she wants to be near you because she finds you as appetizing. You will never know until you ask her. My advice don't go for a girlfriend in highschool. It's a waste of time.
