Literally food is my only cope

It's so brutal. I eat healthy but my stomach is a never ending pit. It demands more food :feelsohgod:
I just remind myself that I'm a 21 year old KV and I'm not sure I'd want to live to be 22 and KV. For me its a matter of life and death.

Bro literally I’m on 1 meal a day, 1300calories

It’s so brutal considering i literally have an eating disorder and can easily eat almost 5k calories in a single meal. I’m genuinely sniffing food to slow the hunger.

Also dosent help that it’s breakfast since I don’t get home till after mid night, lift twice a day, and have a very physical job.

You need to make sure that you don't feel hungry, stop taking caffeine, stop eating flour, maybe it makes sense to stop eating sugar too, all of this causes a feeling of hunger

What is your guys one meal a day? Do you eat carnivore diet like Goatis? I tried OMAD using regular food but I was too hungry, maybe I should just eat steak and eggs.

I used to eat similar (spaghetti and meat sauce) but I was always hungry. Maybe I need ozempic or something.

I do a pound of 90% lean grass fed ground beef and 6 grade a eggs with some 0 fat high protein milk mixed in with the eggs

1300 calories, 160g protein, every nutrient except carbs, sodium, and vit a/c

Tips that work and are not pseudoscience BS:
  1. Focus on food volume. Try to eat foods with higher volume. This will fill your stomach and make you feel fuller.
  2. Drink a lot of water constantly. This makes you feel full and sends signals to your brain to reduce hunger.
  3. Eat a lot of protein since it is more satiating than carbs and fats. 1g per lb of your bodyweight.
  4. Eat more fruit and especially vegetables. They have a lot of volume for hardly any calories and usually have high water content which also helps.
  5. Eat lower calorie versions of the foods you already eat so that you can eat more of it. Eg swapping full fat milk for skim milk, yoghurt for greek yoghurt, etc.
  6. Increase cardio so that you can eat more while still being in a deficit due to the cardio burning extra calroies. Best form is incline walking on the treadmill or just regular walks. This helps with digestion too if done after eating.
