How do I let my my co workers know how ugly they are w/o getting in trouble (srs)

I went to a head hunter to interview. Pretty much they interview me and keep my resume and try to find jobs that fit for me.

I expected to see a bunch of landwhales, but instead most of the women there looked pretty good/acceptable. Some were obese, but not that many. Most were ethnic(latina), but good looking(not the short, fat kind)

At my office, pretty much all the women are obese. Like over 80% and they are the fattest/ugliest ppl on planet earth.

But I want my co workers to know how ugly they are. Any tips on passive agressive insults that won't get you in trouble?
