im 15, my skin is saggy asf and i got smile lines in most angles and lightnings, i also have some scleral showing if i dont tense my eyes a little bit.

What can i do to fix this?

u prolly have recessed maxilla/deep bite.

you dont need jaw surgery with a deep bite, you need braces

yeah youre fucked. i have div 2 too but not that severe. i heard that molar extrusion can reverse this entire shit to normal if youre young enough, though i cant find an ortho who knows this shit. every ortho i went just wanna put braces or invisalign, which is not a good option to unlock your potential. over.

I think it might be your PFL, ICD, and/or the vertical start of your cheekbones. Chin width is also kind of weird - EDIT: but your chin shape doesn't affect your question

my pfl is around 34mm, icd 32mm and my cheekbones are like a ball kinda, my chin is due to my deepbite and i hate the mentolabial angle it gives probably bc my chin insertion is too high
