I found some in Turkey, decent prices, some are like 4k euros (full package, hotel+taxi) at a reputable surgeon, is that worth it? How do I find the best nose job docs?

Go to reddit there are lot of incels on there who have already had surgery but just wanna flex. People on here after their surgery or acension keep a low profile or gatekeep
