1.) You are not that ugly, you are a solid normie. Reddit tier haircut / grooming / fashion could do a lot for you.
2.) Get a job so you can afford to go to the gym, eat right, and buy looksmaxing tools. If you still live at home, you could even have enough to save for surgery (depends on if your parents start making you pay rent though)
3.) Go to r/bodyweightfitness if you really want to do this without a gym. I can't vouch for them but it is what I would do if I were in your position.
