How do I looksmax with straight hair? (wispy)

I want to prettyboy max and get long tiktok boy hair. However my hair is not wavy/curly and whenever I grow it out, it falls down and it looks like I have a bowlcut, pics attached. How to fix this?? Should I gel and/or texture it and how?

(Chico is ideal hair). I look like those other subhumans
