I made the mistakes a few years ago and trained legs, now I hate the look. Bulky legs look like shit, especially when you wear skinny jeans, how do I lose the leg muscles and butt muscles?

DO PPPPPPL Push-Pull-Push-Pull-Push-Pull-Legs but skip legs if you wantJust roid and hit upper body without hitting legs until you're proportional. I barely did legs on my cycle and it was a great decision
