Not gonna eat in a deficit.
Not gonna do keto.
Probably not gonna do intermittent fasting.
So what do i do?
Im thinking of blasting something to increase GH and lowering my E while also eating a very nutrient dense high protein medium fat diet with eating carbs at a 10% amount of the diet and doing some light resistance training and
alot of hiit cardio + jogging or walking
Is this a good idea or plan?
How do i reduce chances of skin being loose after weight loss?
Does high vitamin a from liver close growth plates?
Do vitamin d supplements close growth plates?
Do you need carbs to grow taller?
Are vitamin A,K2 and D the most important nutrients for growth?
How much calcium do I need?
