i know my lower third is cooked n stuff but i need as well know how do i get rid off extra skin under my chin
im getting braces soon, ive got suggested to try mewing (im doing that) and welp my forward grow got a little better

also the difference between 2 photos is like 1 month.. yeah, my friend also suggested me special acid to make my hair grow naturally longer

thats not fat that your hyoid skin. Your hyoid bone is more forward and down. You could do neck curls but that wouldn't eliminate it.

No. train your neck first. and it looks like your tongue is at the bottom and not sticking to the roof of your mouth, OF COURSE its gonna make your hyoid skin worse.

the second photo was a month ago and first one is today, my tongue is sticking to the roof, so this is why i asked bout hyoid skin
