How do I lose weight without destroying my hormones?

I'm trying to lose weight but I dont wanna fuck up my hormones through drinking fake sugars like aspartame or whatever people think messes up your hormones, I'm not in a rush so im fine with a long term plan.
 
a prolonged slight deficit is good. but aspartame is fearmongered like a bitch so do what you want

aspartame isn't gonna touch your hormones bro. that's internet fear mongering. the things that actually mess with your hormones during a cut are going too aggressive with the deficit. not eating enough protein or fats. not lifting. and sleeping like shit. eat like 200-300 below maintenance. get enough protein. keep dietary fats above 50g. lift consistently and sleep 7+ hours. that's literally it. you don't need to overthink ingredient labels. just get the basics right and your hormones will be fine
