how do i make a registered business while also tax "evading"

only thing stopping me right now from succeeding is because i gotta make a business id linked to a billing adress in order to get wholesale prices and also not get in jail for taxfraud. im 18 and currently unable to find my own place, im thinking about trying to run a scheme by using a cousins mauritian business adress then finding a cheap apartment register a legit business and then somehow legally evade the taxes through accounted fees, services, gifts and charity through the native located business, and from mauritios is where the original revenue will stream first.

Anybody doing some sort of droppshipping or general ecom have any experience or knowledge in this area?
