Focus on your failos and don't lose yourself in random bullshit details. Shred down to 12%bf, start eating clean and do all the normie advice first. After that you can obsess about which sorta research chemicals you wanna abuse to gain 0.00001PSL

You need to find your own method imo, we all find different things overwhelming, my personal method is focusing on high return on investment changes. This pyramid has been massively useful for me:

1748982071379

The first step is diagnostics and planning, before you build the bridge you need to sketch it and plan it, you can't go in blind, because suddenly you're going to realize you need 1000 different things all pulling you in a different direction, and you just don't know where to start.

You either do it yourself or hire help, identify your major flaws, focus on what can be fixed from the lower layers of the pyramid scaling up, instead of trying to do it all at once I suggest you try the "3 months approach" (I just made it up), you focus on one of the layers for 3 months, before moving onto something else, that way you make sure the habits and protocols really settle in before moving to something more complex, by the time you complete the 3 months you may also realize that something you were planning to do is no longer needed because that layer actually fixed your issue.

Make sure to write down your flaws, all of them, how do you plan to correct them taking the pyramid as a guideline, then you prepare a timeline and even a budget. Once you reach the top 2 layers of the pyramid it's more difficult and less clear, you're going to have to get professional consultation with a physician, you may need to create a new budget and timeline based on your specific situation, etc.

Depending on your diagnostics and planning it may be better to start the pyramid from the top down. As I found out, nothing can compensate a deformed bone structure and it’s a lot of effort to maintain all these habits for no reward.

Honestly yeah, absolutely the idea of the pyramid is that the things at the top will make the most improvement to your looks, issue is they cost money, someone has to work, make a budget and save for surgical and non-surgical stuff and that can take anywhere from a couple of months to a couple of years, so while they're doing nothing and saving for surgery, might as well stack the tiny improvements at least

I actually got a little inspired and made a guide about it, if you're interested you can read through it for further insights, but working on your hormones in that layer can be either done naturally or through other methods, whatever you feel comfortable doing, just do it safely.
