How do i make my philtrum shorter

Just shaved for the first time in a while (goatee n stache) and my chin looks way better and angular, i also look way whiter and alot less like a pajeet (im not but my stache and goatee made me look like one) but i just realised how brutslly long my philtrum is, i look exteremely uncanny (without colored lenses), is there any way to make it shorter or to makw my top lip without surgery? if there isnt what surgeries are there for philtrum

there's a surgery for philtrum but it tends to make your upper lip look odd.

What if i do that surgery and get lip filler in my bottom lip to even it out, would that work

large lips don't fit every face.

if you mean the outer ends, then yes they can do lip flips for that with botox.
