How do i make the most out of my puberty?

im 15 years old, 6 foot 1 and 80 kilograms of fat (i think around 20% bf), above average frame (21 in bideltoids) with long arms, my main goal is losing weight until im hanging around 74-75 kg lean with visible muscles, and just look more lovable in general, i ve starved myself all the way from 95 to my current weight, im scared to do it again because i fear not getting enough nutrients to support my growth but i still never managed to lose weight another way, no matter how much i run, walk, strength train. How could i lose the weight and still get a physique thats appreciable enough to not have to be afraid to take my shirt off while not starving myself?. also i have some form of gyno(whether its pseudo or actual gyno i dont know). Also i go to basketball practice 5 times a week when im healthy (knees and achilles are killing me) and im pretty phisically active throughout the day anyways because i live in a rural area where theres always work to be done.

y should eat to grow, eat with a slight calorie deficit for fat loss, exercise and rest when your knees arnd tendons are not damaged , lift weights two to three times per week.

dont starve urself retard ass , and its normal to be a lil fat at this age lmao its a sign ur "healthy" and growing good , keep the basics :

hypertrophy / strenght training 4x / week + 10k - 15k steps daily ,

starving will rape ur development at this age

id recommend scrolling through botb to learn about more specific stuff like HGH and AIs, as well as other stuff, but this is a good place to start as its a thread literally made to answer this question:

overall all you really need to do tho is sleep well, eat well, and work out. dont starve yourself, go sleepless, or overly stress or drink to stunt development.
