im 15 years old, 6 foot 1 and 80 kilograms of fat (i think around 20% bf), above average frame (21 in bideltoids) with long arms, my main goal is losing weight until im hanging around 74-75 kg lean with visible muscles, and just look more lovable in general, i ve starved myself all the way from 95 to my current weight, im scared to do it again because i fear not getting enough nutrients to support my growth but i still never managed to lose weight another way, no matter how much i run, walk, strength train. How could i lose the weight and still get a physique thats appreciable enough to not have to be afraid to take my shirt off while not starving myself?. also i have some form of gyno(whether its pseudo or actual gyno i dont know). Also i go to basketball practice 5 times a week when im healthy (knees and achilles are killing me) and im pretty phisically active throughout the day anyways because i live in a rural area where theres always work to be done.
