How do I makeupmaxx without looking gay?

My skin is kinda shit and my recessed infras are very pronounced. I don’t have the money to get implants or fatgraft for my infras and. fixing my skin will take some months.

Therefore I want to use makeup since it seems logical but I don’t wanna look gay since if other guys find out I’m using makeup its actually over. What products should I use to hide my infras and also to even out my skin tone whilst still looking natural?
