How do i measure Vito Basso PFL on phone?

I need to know Vito Basso's PFL. Can someone measure it, or tell me an app to use to do it myself with iris method or something

Measure the whole PFL (remember to take medial canthus not only white part) then measure iris and divide whole PFL pixels By iris pixels then x that by 11.8 (i think)
