How do i NATURALLY debloat?

There is so much bs on the internet abt how to “debloat” but never seen an actual natural way. If someone can point me in the direction of a thread or method to naturally debloat without using supplements ect. That would be great.
 
bloating is overrated.
If it's water, just eat less (ideal is 0) salt & sodium rich foods
you can also go highpotassium & natural diuretics (cherries for example)
If it's not water it can be fat
if subQ fat, just lose weight
if its fat pads, they will disapear with age
if its not water and it's not fat, its bones and it means its over

calculate your recommended water intake / 12 = ml you should drink per hour until 4 hours before bed, no-low carbs 4 hours before bed, elevated neck while back sleeping, mouth taping, not too much sodium(don't go 0 sodium), good sleep, work out every day, do something to keep cortisol down so moderate carbs and yoga or anything really that relaxes you

if you are above a certain bf% you will look bloated which actually means you are fat. the % is different for everyone but majority for males ideal range is between 8-15%.. if you are above that no "method" will work for you successfully. drink as much water as humanly possible, lower sodium intake, lower carb intake. carbs and sodium hold water since your body needs to balance between salt and fluids in cells. being "debloated"/ in that state, is not permanent since you are just shrinking your bodies cells by flushing out as much water as possible
