How do I not be a wage cuck my whole life

I am a junior in hs and am able to work about 20-25 hours a week at my job, after tax I take home about $1000 monthly. I’m willing to spend my money to make money but I’d also like to be able to save incase of emergency and invest into some stocks and cheap cryptos. I don’t know what I should invest in or what kind of savings account I should open. I spend about $40 dollars weekly on gas and I will have to pay my $250 dollar car insurance starting next month. So, I need to find a way to make more money, it is winter time where I live so home service options I could do are limited. I would just like some ideas and/or help on how I could make more money aswell as how I should save/invest my money currently
