Start lifting heavy weights and practice physical activities that require coordinated movements like team sports(football, basketball, volleyball, etc.), gymnastics, dancing, manual labor, etc., you almost never see athletes, dancers, manual labourers, etc. walking and standing autistically.
This method is superior than consciously controlling the way you walk and move, because you can easily forget to do it for example if you are stressed or distracted by something and people will think something is wrong with you, if you suddenly start to walk and move in a weird way.
But when you have big muscles for example, you will just naturally move slower without doing any conscious effort, so it would be very hard to have any spastic movements, or walk fast and weird even if you become anxious or stressed.
