You have to go out and socialize. There’s no way to become NT unless you throw yourself into the world and get experience talking to people.

It’s just like anything else. The more you do it the better you get (aka socializing)

You can reprogram your brain to become more NT but if you wait too long your brain won’t be as easy to rewire so to speak.
