how do i NTmax when i do stuff without even realizing it? people point out to me all the time in an insulting manner that i walk on my tippy toes, an autistic trait. i do this naturally and now i am self conscious when i walk and i try to walk flat footed but people still say i bounce on my toes when i walk. a kid at school insulted me for walking "stiff" because i dont swing my arms when walking. even my mom pointed this out to me yesterday and said its creepy. ive been called a faggot just for the way i walk on my tippy toes. theres also the problem of my manuerisms in general and my crippling social anxiety. can i even get past this?
