Put your town/city your postal code ect

But in the adress box just put General Delivery

they will hold ur package for 14 days and u can claim it anytime.
Underage.
No payment.

po box for the steroids, and try to get needles at a local pharmacy. They usually sell without asking quetions (from my experience) (this depends on the country). Just because pharmacy ones will be the cleanest possible ones you can get.
