How do i overcome derealization

I fucking hate ppl and need advice

I'm hoping for some advice on dealing with intense derealization and social anxiety that's centered around my school environment. I've been struggling with this for about five years and the new school year is bringing these feelings back strongly. So basically my classmates in school are...

but I understand nobody wants to read allat so long story short I'm isolated at school and have constant pressure on me which have made me derealized and burned out for the last 5 years, how do I make this year different so I don't feel like shit so I'll be able to study normally and work for the munnneyyy. Should i take beta blockers or sum?

beta blockers don't do shit for that

they lower adrenaline, so physical symptoms will go away

stuttering, sweating, blushing, shaking, etc

and less fear, like heights if ur on a high place

the reason they work well for ppl mentally is because some ppls mental anxiety is caused by their physical anxiety

sadly my mental anxiety is its own thing i just use prop to avoid stuttering
