How do I overcome porn addiction and erectile dsyfunction.

I’ve been addicted since I was 12, I’m 22 now I can go on the occasional streak and my longest streak was 95 days. I recently broke my 2 week streak and I’m irritated because I see no improvement to my ED throughs mutiple streaks, I went to the doctor to check my testerone levels and I was at 769 DL/L in a scale of 200-1000.

is their any solution to my ED? I’m not overweight(I’m skinny) and never had any health problems. I’ve missed out on a lot of women because I couldn’t get erect.

The only issues that pop up in my mind are: my bad diet filled with fast food, my mental state and being uncomfortable with sex, my porn addiction.

Idk but even on long streaks I still have ED, people have way worse diets but don’t have ED issues. And my mental state probably wouldn’t be a big issue most of the time I’m eager to have sex with them.

This is all I have to suspect tho idk how much weight all of that holds.
