But with PIE skin hydration and moisturizing is also important. Your entire face looks red and irritated which will worsen the appearance of the scars. You need to hydrate your skin better or do something else to reduce inflammation.

tazarotene, just use azelaic and tazarotene tbh. hydroquinone worked for me tho as I had pih too
