You're already htn, but you fwhr is below average at 1.73, as opposed to the usual 1.77 to 2.01 found in men, and above 1.85 found in models. I'm you can afford one I'd get an mse or sarpe, If not then I would wear a hairstyle that isnt so high maybe longer down the sides to increase perceived facial width. I also think you have a very good eye area but to make it pop you need longer eye lashes for which you could use latisse however i recommend you doing your own research because the effect are mostly anecdotal.
