You can just try to look your best by looksmaxxing which isn't going to do much. sorry bhai but after puberty surgery is the only BIG answer.
 
Hello mr 1337, your 13 so there isn't much you should do cause you dont want to damage anything, but take this simple advice that you probably already know:
1. Skin care (nighttime): cleanser, toner, some sort of serum, moisturiser. (morning) wash with cold water and then put on SPF or moisturiser. (You have hormonal acne rn you cant stop it but you can control it a bit more).
2. Diet: Don't limit the amount your eating, but try your best to eat organic whole foods. If you want a snack try replace it with a fruit, and you can do a little "cheat meal" once a week, but if we're being real, you can make a really nice cheeseburger and pizza at home, just use organic ingridients (try source from local farmers). Also research into vitamins and stuff (omega 3, vitamin d c b a, zinc, magnesium, calcium etc etc)
3. Habits: Mewing (mew 24/7), Mouth tape at night, keep a straight posture and head up, if you are drinking alc, smoking or anything like that quit asap (including pronography)
4. work out: try go gym 3-5 times per week, do 3-4 days of compound lifting and one day cardio OR just anything but work out a lot bro trust, if you have access then go into a sauna after your workouts.
5. Sleep, sleep and sleep, sleep 8-10 hrs a night, try have a consistent sleep schdule and put the screen down at least 30 mins before sleep.
6. Do you own research.

I probably missed vital things but yeah, honestly bro dont worry about it you have time to grow into your self, just take good care of your self.
