How do I really ascend?

I’ve been stuck just browsing the threads with no ideas what to really do, I’ve gained some knowledge but I don’t know how to approach any of it and I can’t even spot the bad parts of my face (I’m sure I have them) let alone fix them. If you are willing to help I can pm any needed pics or just advice in general.
