I was a stoner in highschool but i'm glad I quit even if it was boring to return to "the real World". Felt like shit for like 6 months after quitting but it gets better 100%.

Yea I do need to isolate less- High neuroticism is often due to social reclusion, so isolate less (kinda hard with COVID-18 out and about)
- Do CBT exercises like cognitive reframing and making a gratitude list
- Practice meditation twice a day
- See a shrink to figure out if you need meds and if you do get genetic testing done to see which psychmeds work best with your neurochemistry
