How do i reduce redness in my face

Hi, i was wondering if anyone experiences the same problem and would know a possible solution for this. Also, does it look that bad? Should i be insecure about it??

Light cheek redness is seen as attractive and youthful. Your case isn't severe and it shouldn't worry you
