Haven’t touched a carb in weeks in preparation for halloweekend.
Shredded as fuck and face is lean as fuck.
I’m a mogger right now.
Been drinking like 2+ gallons of water a day.
Only problem is that my muscles have no glycogen so my physique doesn’t look the best it could possibly look.
Is it possible to slowly reintroduce carbs so my muscles become glycated, but not get bloated from the carbs/not get a facial bloat?
If so, how should I do it?
Should I just start off with like a banana or two a day?
Should I have a piece of toast or two?
If it’s not possible to completely negate the facial bloat, thats fine, I just want to look overall as good as I can, face and body included.
I have to do all of this by friday night by the way, cause that’s the day of the first party. Help please.
