How do I release my book?

Do I just post the word document file here?

Or maybe even make it a html file ( can't port forward or pay for hosting but you guys can run the html file yourself it'll be interactive )

What would be the best format

multiple methods I guess. You could just dump the whole text into a thread or host the file online somewhere.
